Water Wednesday is something that we started when SKY Restoration DKI first opened its doors.
Along with having a company wide meeting each Wednesday morning where we go over jobs, and anything else that may need to be addressed as a company, we also have a portion of our meeting that is dedicated to development and training. This portion of our meeting is called Water Wednesday, and is over a variety of topics. The goal of this is to improve our company through education, and updated practices throughout the restoration industry. Other topics that we cover include safety, customer service and team working. All of these topics relate directly to the services that we are providing to our client base, and making sure our employees are trained in the best way possible.
